For Single Family, the top five counties were Denver, Douglas, Jefferson, Arapahoe, and Boulder. For Condo, the top county was Denver. Of the 232 Single Family homes sold, the highest priced closing for the month was $2.9Million representing 6 Bedrooms, 9 Baths, and 5,451 square feet.
