Malteser Cake

Ingredients 8oz 8oz 4oz 3oz 8oz / / / / / 225g Digestive Biscuits 225g Maltesers 115g Margarine 85g (or 3tbp not over generous) Syrup 225g Milk Chocolate

Method Melt syrup & margarine in saucepan Crush biscuits Add biscuits & maltesers to margarine & syrup Mix together until the chocolate has come off the maltesers Put in a tin and smooth out with back of spoon. (Tin size around 7 11) Put in fridge When set let the mixture come up to room temperature, then melt the chocolate and spread it over the mixture and wait for it to set Cut into squares or fingers etc
