I have working in R & D Instrument Lab. in R & D, which is fully developed by me. Where, I have
handled various types of instruments like HPLC, G.C, DOUBLE BEAM U.V.SPECTROPHOTOMETERE, BROOKFIELD
VISCOMETER, KARL FISCHER, POLARIMETER, BOILING POINT & MELTING POINT APPRATUS etc. and developed a
analysis method of new products (Technical as well as intermediate steps) of TRIAZOPHOS, IMIDACLOPRID,
TRICLOPYR BUTOXY ETHYL ESTER, FENPYROXIMATE, PROFENOFOS, TEBUCONAZOLE, CHLORPYRIPHOS (Solvent
less process), TRICLOPYR METHYL ESTER, TRICLOPYR ACID, L-2-AMINO BUTANOL etc.

I have partially worked in synthesis of some new products like TRIAZOPHOS, IMIDACLOPRID, TRICLOPYR
BUTOXY ETHYL ESTER, FENPYROXIMATE, PROFENOFOS, CHLORPYRIPHOS (Solvent less process), TRICLOPYR
METHYL ESTER, TRICLOPYR ACID, L-2-AMINO BUTANOL etc.

I have also looking indentation of all chemicals & instruments in SAP at R & D.

As ‘Production Chemist’,
Chlorpyriphos Tech(7 TPD) & Imidacloprid Tech (700 kg/day) Plant,
EXCEL CROP CARE LTD, BHAVNAGAR, GUJARAT.

I have working in CHLORPYRIPHOS TECH & IMIDACLOPRID TECH. plant as a shift in charge. I have also
take part shut down & start up activity of plant.

I have also looking a SAP system in plant.

During my work time at CHLORPYRIPHOS TECH plant production capacity raised to 5 TPD to 7 TPD in
same infrastructure. Where, I am also looking CHLORPYRIPHOS TECH Effluent reduction at plant level.

I have also working in enhance the IMIDACOPRID TECH purity & yield at plant level.
