How to Register as a student, resident, or faculty member and begin IHI Open School courses for FREE:

Step 1: Go to https://www.ihi.org/openschool Click Log-in/Register on the top of the page, then click Register Now Fill out the registration form. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk (*). o Organization Type: enter School your specific program o Your Organization: search for your school IMPORTANT: In order to take the courses for FREE you must make sure you enter your Primary Role as one of the following: o Student o Intern or Resident o Teacher/Professor Complete the remainder of the form and save your registration. You are now registered under the correct organization and ready to start taking courses. Step 2: Go to the course homepage at the following link: http://app.ihi.org/lms/home.aspx Click the Online Learning tab and click the lesson you wish to start

The next screen will describe the lesson you have selected. Click Begin Lesson and enjoy! Take the courses at your own pace. Your progress is recorded in the My Learning Tab.
