    Dear Madam, Our date of joining with Exxon Mobil is 15th April 2013 in Bangalore.

    As per the company policy we are not entitled for any leave for the first 6 months of joining. As a result we wont be able attend the first day of our convocation which is on 19th April, Friday. But we assure that we will be present on the second day i.e. 20th April 2013, Saturday. Kindly allow us to attend the second day of convocation. We have also attached the email conversation with the concerned authority regarding the same.
