Meeting called to order at 7:15 PM 1. 2. 3. 4. Minutes Read and approved Financial Report Nothing new to report Next Meeting: Friday, July 27th @ Shurpits, this will be POTLUCK! President Report: Ernie & Naomi attended a meeting in Wausau earlier in the week. There are 4.6 million requests from organizations to the ORV for trail maintenance and to help establish new trails. Theres a 2.8 million shortfall that will not be allowed for the 4.6. Activities: Trail patrol refresher can be held close by with enough people. If you need copies of the paperwork let Naomi know, or it can be found on the WATVA website. You must have your ATV Safety Certificate to become a Trail Patrol Ambassador. Adopt A Highway will be Saturday, July 28th at 8:00 AM, meet at Mashuda Contractors. July 21 & 22nd is the Hatfield Trail Ride, theres a county campground. If youre going let Naomi know so sites can be reserved. Mountain Trail Ride was June 16-17. Ernie and Naomi went, stayed in Gillette, Richard also went for the day and Pat & Mary were up there as well. Old Business: Its very difficult to get pictures to post on the website. Naomi will talk to them again about an easier way. Meeting stuff IS posted there. Ernie has done a bit of calendar research and a company in Randolph may be able to accommodate us for a much lower cost. Country Sports in Wisconsin Rapids is an ATV dealer who wants to get involved with our club and sponsor a charity ride Nothing new in regards to Facebook, its still touchy on how it lets us post minutes. Week ride has approximately 6 people going.

Brat fry in Neshkoro is a no because Condons requires insurance, may check on Crossroads since it is in the county. Fundraiser ideas were discussed and it was decided to sell Butter Braids, information and order forms will be handed out at the July meeting, with orders being turned in along with money at the August meeting. New Business: We need to removed the tires from the fairgrounds there were used for the races, will need to find a place to store them as it costs from $100- $150 each to have them disposed of and we have 4. Need to work a few hours at Coats to fill in the ruts through the woods from the ride as they said this will be our permanent trail. The dirt is already there just need to get some equipment and manpower over there to do it. Please let Ernie know if you can help with either of these things. Marquette/Green Lake Trails: The signage is on the roads for routes in Marquette County. They have also acquired some property near Fox Tails to get to Sparks and the gas station.
