The President May 19, 2008 To all WOCATI Congress Participants Dear Sisters and Brothers, registered participants of the VI WOCATI Congress The IV Congress of the World Conference of Associations of Theological Institutions is under way. As you all know the Congress will be held in Neapolis, Thessaloniki, and Volos, Greece, from May 31st to June 7, 2008 according to the attached now final program. As we indicated in our preliminary correspondence (1st and 2nd Letters), WOCATI will provide full accommodation. In Volos, after the excursion, we will all stay in the PARK Hotel. In Thessaloniki you will be met at the MAKEDONIA airport by someone from the local organizing committee holding a WOCATI sign, who will send you by taxi to our two accommodation locations: the EGNATIA Hotel (http://www.holidaycityeurope.com/egnatia-thessaloniki/map.html) and the University Guest House (Megalou Alexandrou 29, at the promenade http://eadp.ad.auth.gr/images/eadp-map.jpg). Those arriving on their own can go directly to their hotel as indicated in the two attached lists. As you can imagine the program is very fixed and we all need to keep the time limit indicated. To facilitate the process we kindly ask you to send immediately the electronic version of your presentation to Nikos (nikosdim@theo.auth.gr) and Dietrich so that we can put them on our websites. Also we ask you to bring along reports and materials from your association to be put on display for mutual information. Looking forward to meeting you in Thessaloniki.
