Cognitive: refers to knowledge structures (although sheer knowing the facts is its bottom level) (Based on Bloom, 1956).

-Feedback is based on: knowledge, evidence & facts -Feedback is given to: enforce policy, safety, work ethic & improve performances -Feedback is a logical conversation to generate a common understanding and by creating a mutual goal Affective: it is concerned with values, or more precisely perhaps with perception of value issues, and ranges from mere awareness (Receiving), through to being able to distinguish implicit values through analysis. (Kratwohl, Bloom and Masia (1964)). -Though feedback mainly falls under cognitive domain, it can still be influenced by affective domain. For example, certain rules can be set based on values -Feedback is not a personal attack and therefore, persons feelings have to be taken into consideration -Feedback is about respect work valules
