Ingredients for the base: 150 digestive biscuits 50g butter-melted 2 tbs sugar 1 tbsp cocoa powder For

the cheese mixture: 250g philadelphia cheese 250ml fresh cream 1 tbsp sugar 150g powder sugar 100g chocolate- melted 1/4 tsp vanilla (optional) Crush the biscuits, then mix with the butter, sugar and cocoa powder. Transfer the biscuits into a springform pan, greased and covered with parchment paper. Press well and level using a spoon or the bottom of a glass. Place in the fridge while u prepare the cheese mixture. Beat the cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Add the melted chocolate while beating. Whip the cream separately with 1 tablespoon sugar then add to the mixture. Beat together for 3 minutes on low speed. Pour the mixture in the pan over the biscuits and level using a spoon. Decorate with chocolate or fruits. Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours before opening the pan and serving.

Notes: U can use chocolate cookies instead of digestive biscuits and cocoa. Before adding the whipped cream, u can boil 1 teaspoon of agar agar in 50ml milk till the agar dissolves, then filter it into the mixture while beating.
