In FY 2004, Federal Student Aid (FSA) required that any proposed
amendments to the Annual GAFR report, after acceptance of the original document, must be submitted to FSA for review prior to submission via the Oracle web application.
This notice is a reminder that no amended annual reports should be entered
into the Financial Management web application prior to FSA’s review and acceptance of the proposed amendment. Proposed amendments that affect the prior fiscal year’s Federal Fund balance will not be accepted in the current fiscal year. These adjustments will have to be made in the next fiscal year. Proposed amendments that do not affect the Federal Fund balance and are accepted by FSA may be entered into the Oracle web application in the current fiscal year.
Proposed amendments should be submitted via e-mail to FSA_GAR@ed.gov
