PPI Radio has gained immense popularity in a short span of time in the major cities of Pakistan. It has played a vital role in bringing comprehensive and appropriate information to our subscribers. We still need some time and some efforts to immensely affect the radio listening habit of people. The success of any broadcast organization depends on the style presentation techniques it has adopted. Therefore the first and foremost demand of PPI Radio Service from its presenters is subject knowledge language efficiency and vocabulary with communication skills and mannerism. The presenters of the channel have been provided these skills with extensive training and guidance by experienced production team of PPI Radio. The listeners give their feedback and have interaction through SMS service e-mails and letters. The transmission of PPI Radio Service is also availabe on the web. PPI Radio started broadcasting its regular transmission from February 2008. Initially it starts 4 bulletins a day 3.00p.m, 5.00p.m, 7.00p.m and 9.00p.m. From October 2009 PPI Radio increased its number of bulletins to 7 and within two months it reaches to 10. Meanwhile PPI Radio started its Weekly news feature regarding any social or political issue of the country, from December 2009. Apart from this, AsiaCalling documentaries were also introduced since Mid-2008 with 9.00p.m bulletin. PPI Radio initially started providing its news service from only 4 subscribers and now reached to 32 subscribers. We started our studio setup from Karachi. Initially, there was only one studio in Karachi and one more studio added after sometime. Two more studios for radio news and a studio for TV news are under construction in Karachi. Two studios are established in Islamabad. Training Workshops of PPI Radio are also being held in these studios.
