Economicall West Corporation CPNI procedures compliance description March 1, 2013

I , Joseph Klck certify that the following procedures are followed within the operations of Economicall West Corporation in order to ensure compliance with CPNI procedures:

1) All records pertaining to CPNI data is restricted to a few individuals within the company that we call Verifiers and Supervisors. No access to customer private data or CPNI is allowed to any other individuals. All data is password protected. 2) Access to the administration consoles that are used for toll verification is password protected. 3) Passwords are forced to be changed every week 4) All Verifiers and Supervisors are required to undergo additional training with regards to handling customer private data including CPNI procedures 5) All Verifiers and Supervisors are required to sign special contracts attesting to the confidentiality of customer private data including CPNI. 6) Access to CPNI data is restricted for only customer request or verification of customer charges per the customers request. It is not used in any other way 7) Customers requesting CPNI data or verification for billing purposes must provide all identification data first before we will discuss any CPNI information. We ensure that the individual calling is the true account holder/owner of that CPNI data. Our Verification process includes Names, address, contact number, plus special security codes established when the account was opened with our service. 8) All data is stored in encrypted databases in an off site facility 9) We DO NOT allow CPNI to be used for marketing purposes 10) We DO NOT allow CPNI to be accessed by third party individuals Signed: Joe Klck
