Line-01 & Line-02 were under planned shutdown at Power Grid Meerut end on 18-Mar-2013. Line02 was charged at 18:04 Hrs to which are Unit#3, #1 were connected. We were scheduled to generate 100 MW at 18:15 Hrs as per the injection schedule issued by NRLDC. CPCC & NRLDC were being vigorously pursued by us to restore the line as we had to make some synchronizing checks on Unit#1, the line could only be made available to us on 18:04 Hrs for testing purpose. Soon after the unit#1 was started to injection 100 MW to the grid at 18:15 Hrs, Line-02 got snapped at 18:16 Hrs due to some technical snag in Unit breaker at our end. You appreciate that had lines were made available timely for testing purpose, the problem in the breaker could have been avoided and schedule would have been revised accordingly. In view of this, it is requested to kindly revised the injection schedule of Koteshwar HEP w.e.f. 18:15 Hrs to 19:00 Hrs on 18-Mar-2013 given as under: Plant Koteshwar (4 X 100 MW) HEP Time block(Hr: Min) (18:15-18:30) (18:30-18:45) (18:45-19:00) Total Energy (18-03-2013) = 2225 MWHr Expected Energy (18-03-2013) = 735.88 MWHr Thanking You, Yours Sincerely, Injection schedule 0 200 MW 300 MW
