Repairing, renewing turbine and compressor rotor and rehabilitate it according to the following procedures: 1.

Detect the turbine and compressor rotor, inspect it and analysis it's components by using the latest scientific means and all the needed examinations and is not limited to the followings: (Magnetic, Current Eddy , Ultrasonic and Rays) 2. Determine the remaining life time and working hours. 3. Replacing all the compressor blades from stage Zero to Sixteen according to the following: The compressor rotor will include the current standard production blading for the 51P this would include C450 compressor blading on stage 0-1, Geee 1coated 403SS on stage 2-6, and uncoated 403SS on stages 7-16. The compressor stub shaft will be provided with narrow thrust collar. 4. Disassemble all of the compressor blades parts out of the wheels, clean it up and examine all of the compressor and turbine wheels by using non destructive testing (NDT). 5. Submit scope of work, the dis-assembling and re-assembling plan and replacing the blades 6. Carrying out/conducting Static and Dynamic balancing, record run-outs readings of turbine and compressor rotor and put it in comprehensive report. 7. Re-assembling all the turbine and compressor parts/components using new set of marriage bolts.
