On May 25, 2011, the Court committed Mr. Loughner to the custody of the Attorney General at the Federal Medical Facility in Springfield, Missouri, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 4241(d). Absent emergency or other exigent circumstances, counsel for Mr. Loughner request as a matter of due process and effective representation of counsel that the Attorney General
