FUSILILI W/ SHRIMP & MANGO

Ingredients 400 grams pre boiled fusilli 4 cups mayonaise 2 large cucumbers, diced (peel and remove seeds) 3 stalks of celery, chopped 1/4 cup chopped carrots shrimps 5 mangoes, diced salt, pepper, sugar to taste

Preparation: In a large bowl, combine first seven ingredients. Season with salt,pepper and sugar. Chill and serve. I find it more delicious if served on the day you made it. It becomes a little dry if served the next day.
