Dear Sir, The problems points about spark plug mentioned by Mr.

Alex Lim which just we faced after used of those spark plug. The following problems were found: 1) Ground electrode not according to original shape. 2) Ground electrode touching centre electrode. 3) Missing ground electrode iridium tip. Normally we install spark plug as intake by manufacturer build and that set of spark plugs is not removing, cleaning or re-gapping until their instructed running hour is not come. In the case of this type of spark plugs at first we try to run in normal procedure, but when the tripping frequency of engine was increased because of spark plug we remove two or three plugs and found this kind of problems which was mentioned by Mr. Alex Lim, after that we try to use those spark plug by re-gapping but that process was not work.
