Customer behavior with respect of IDBI Federal Life insurance product

Description of Project in brief:

Consumer behaviour is a study of how Individuals make decision to spend their available resources (Time, money and Effort) or consumption related aspects (What they buy? When they buy? How they Buy? Etc.)

Objective of the Project:

1. The nature and model of consumer involvement 2. Marketing implications of consumer behaviour 3. Study of consumer behaviour modelling 4. Need of consumer behavioural study, differences between organizational buying behaviour and consumer buying behaviour

5. To conduct market surveys on a sample selected from the entire population and study the consumers buying behaviour. 6. As large insurance market is still untapped so based on the survey the potential of the Indian market can be evaluated.
