CHICKEN STIR FRY

Ingredients: 250grams boneless skinless chicken 4 tbsp Cornstarch 3 tbsp Soy sauce 3/4 tsp Ground ginger 1/2 tsp Garlic powder 6 tbsp Cooking oil, divided 3 Cups Broccoli florets 2 Cup Sliced celery (1/2 inch pieces) 1 Cup thinly sliced carrots 2 Small Onion, cut into wedges 3 Cup Water

Method:
Cut chicken into 1/2 strips; place in a bowl. Add corn flour, soy sauce, ginger and garlic and mix well Refrigerate for 30 minutes. In a large Kadai, heat 2 tablespoons of oil. Stir-fry chicken for about 3-5 minutes. Remove and keep it aside. Add remaining oil. Stir- fry broccoli (Greenish colored Gobi) Add Celery (looks like spring onion) optional. Add Carrots and onion for 4-5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add water. Add the stir fried chicken Deep fry until thickened and bubbly.
