MOTION

There is an Irish Congress of Trade Unions (ICTU) Designated Day of

Action on the 30th. March 2009,

I am in favour of taking Industrial Action (up to and including strike) to

achieve compliance with the Transitional Agreement, or to achieve an
acceptable alternative, and in advance of further Government cuts.

The form, nature, timing and duration of such action will be decided by
the Union Executive.
