Pof Dambeth has come up with a dictionary and some elements of the language based on a combination of Welsh, Old English and a little Russian and German. This has been approved by kite--you can use it ICly if you wish. Please keep in mind that not everyone is comfortable with using words in other tongues in everyday speech.

Atliduk Language Guide
Now, we know Atliduk is a made-up language and was NOT fully developed by Tolkien. However, to aid in teaching it, pof Dambeth has come up with a dictionary and some elements of the language based on a combination of Welsh, Old English and a little Russian and German. This has been approved by Kite--you can use it ICly if you wish. Note: Please keep in mind that not everyone is comfortable with using words in other tongues in everyday speech. But while you aren't expected by any means to LEARN the new language IRL, these can aid in the roleplaying of a language's teaching, and enhance things for your PC. Just please don't expect other people, even those who codely know the language, to understand these words when tossed around in the midst of a sentence in, say, Westron. Have fun if you want to use it as a roleplay tool, but don't feel obligated.
