Kapama in a pumpkin

Products for 4 persons 1 pumpkin / about 3 kg / salt to taste 4 tablespoons sweet paprika pepper 1-2 tablespoons cayenne pepper For the filling 300 grams of veal shoulder or leg 300 g pork shoulder or leg 300 g of chicken legs 1 glass of dry white wine 100 g mushrooms 2-3 carrots 3 tablespoons tomato paste 1 tablespoon flour 1 onion 1 head of garlic 1 stalk leek 1 stalk celery 3-4 sprigs of parsley salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

1. Cut the pumpkin cover, clean the inside and season it with salt, sweet paprika pepper and chilly pepper

2. Season the cover too and put the pumpkin in a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.

3. Prepare the filling. Dice the three kinds of meat and fry it . Pour in the white wine..

4. Add the mushrooms ,carrots, onion and garlic all

diced.

5. Sprinkle with chopped leek, celery and parsley. Add salt and braise until leek is ready .

6. Turn off the heat and add the tomato puree and the flour

7. Remove the pumpkin from the oven, clean it from juice and spices. Fill the pumpkin with cooked stuffing and cover it tightly with foil. Putt the cover and bake in heated to 200 degrees oven for 1.30 hours. 8. After it is ready, cut the pumpkin into triangle pieces and serve it.
