Change is a universal

phenomena and a way of life for all i.e. individuals, groups, organizations and nations. Business environment at national level keeps on changing, sometimes there is condition leading to economic boom and sometimes economic recession. Change is a universal phenomena and is one of the most critical aspects of effective management. Change offers new opportunities and poses new challenges.

Change is one reality with which individuals, groups,

organizations and nations must constantly cope, in order to survive. Example : Bodies of human being undergo change from childhood to teenage to adulthood to middle-age to and lastly to old-age.

Change Management refers to task of managing

change. Managing change refers to the making of changes in a planned and managed or systematic, fashion. Managing change refers to response to changes over which the organization exercises little or no control (e.g. legislation, social and political changes, action of competitors, shifting economic tides and currents and so on).
