Expression of Interest for Selection of Event Manager to Organize Bihar Stall during Pravasi Bhartiya Divas (7 9 Jan) 2012

Sealed tenders are invited from reputed and experienced parties for selection of Event Manager for overall Preparation, Decoration and Exhibition of Bihar Stall. The total carpet area of the stall is 72 sq. mts. The Pravasi Bharatiya Diwas 2012 with the theme Global Indian Inclusive Growth is scheduled to be held from 7-9 January 2012 at B.M. Birla Auditorium, Jaipur (Rajasthan). Scope of Work/Description may be seen at website www.biadabihar.in. Tenderers must submit Technical and Financial Bids separately. The sealed tender enclosing a non-refundable DD of Rs. 5000/- in favour of BIADA, payable at Patna, will be received up to 1:00 pm on 19th December 2011 in the Office of Resident Commissioner, Bihar Bhawan, Chanakyapuri, Kautilya Marg, New Delhi. The Technical Bid shall be opened at 03:00 pm on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorized representatives. The tenderers may be requested to make a presentation of concept/layout plan Based on the presentation and other requirements technical score will be given. This presentation will be held either at Office of Resident Commissioner in New Delhi. The Bid must also include company profile, proof of Experience and balance sheet. The bidder should have minimum 3 years experience of organizing events of National/International standard with an annual business turn over of Rs. One Crore per year for each of the last 3 years. The tenderers must submit over all stall Design/ Concept/ Layout plan in 3D presentation. This presentation will be a part of Technical Bid duly indexed with page no. The Financial Bid should be quoted in one lump sum amount giving detailed breakup for the items mentioned at website inclusive of all taxes. Financial Bid shall be opened in case of only those firms who qualify in technical terms. The undersigned reserves the right to reject part or full Bid without assigning any reason(s) thereof.
