These New rate cutter SMS Special Tariff Vouchers [STVs] will be available in Karnataka Circle w.e.f.04-01-2013 through C Top Up till further orders. Sl. no. 1. Rate cutter STV MRP in Rs. 13 Feature Local/ National On-net SMS@1P/ SMS * & Local /National off-net SMS@10P/SMS*. -do-do-doLocal/ National On-net SMS@1P/ SMS * &Local /National off-net SMS @ 7 P/SMS*.
