Its Easter, for a Christian this is a time to celebrate our freedom because of what Christ did for us.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. Christ became our sin, took our punishment, rose from the dead and in doing so defeated death, sin and the enemy. He gave us life beyond what we can see and even hope for. This is a great time for us to reflect on who Jesus really is. In a time were society says there are many ways to get to heaven and every God is equal and it doesn't matter what religion you believe in; don't over look this simple question: Who is Jesus to me?

1. Start your first question off by asking how everyone Easter was. Are there any traditions that you have? Do you hang out with family? What does Easter mean to you, does it mean something different now from when you were a kid?

2. Lets talk about the sermon on Sunday; Whats one idea that stood out to you? Why did this idea grab your attention?

3. Who is Jesus? Who is He to you?

4. What does the bible say about who Jesus is? (a good follow up question to this after they have read what the bible says about Jesus is have you experienced this personally in your life?

Challenge: This week I want you to get a better understanding of who Jesus is. Take some time and find a couple of verses in the bible that describes Jesus (His personality, His love, His emotions, What He did, ect). Then write down some thoughts about what that means to you.

Close in prayer, asking if there are any prayer concerns.
