Extension of Lease Agreement

Extension of Lease Agreement made by and between: CHONA SALINAS BALUYOT ,Landlord and SAMUEL LANIOS OROLLA , Tenant relative to a certain lease agreement for premises known as: GTY COMMERCIAL BUILDING , Don Juan Street , Ormoc City , Philippines. For good consideration, Landlord and Tenant each agree to extend the term of said Lease for a period of tweleve months commencing on April 1 , 2012 to April 1, 2013,with no further right of renewal or extension beyond said termination date. During the extended term, Tenant shall pay Landlord rent of One hundred twenty thousand pesos( P120,000.00) Other terms are as follows: 1. Any improvements as to the said premises shall be charged to the tenant. 2. Electric and Other expenses shall also be charged to tenant. It is further provided, however, that all other terms of the Lease shall continue during this extended term as if set forth herein. This agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties, their successors, assigns and personal representatives.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands, this 27th day of February 2012 at Ormoc City, Philippines.
