Heat clay pot over low flame. 2. Sautee garlic in oil 3. Add seafood/meat 4. Add broth 5. Add 6. When almost done, add tofu. 7. Add salt to taste 8. Cover and simmer for 10 min. 9. Garnish with spring onions.
