(1 pack) extra soft tofu (1 tbsp) (1/2 cup) water (1/2 tsp) salt (2 tbsp) oil (1 bowl) mix seafood or other meat (1 cup) chicken/fish/beef broth (1 bowl) sliced spring onion, garnish PROCEDURE 1. Heat clay pot over low flame. 2. Sautee garlic in oil 3. Add seafood/meat 4. Add broth 5. Add 6. When almost done, add tofu. 7. Add salt to taste 8. Cover and simmer for 10 min. 9. Garnish with spring onions.
