Baked Pineapple Ingredients: 1 large can crushed pineapple cup sugar 2 large eggs, slightly beaten 2 tablespoons cornstarch

h teaspoon salt teaspoon cinnamon cup water Instructions: Mix all ingredients well and place in casserole. Dot the top of the pineapple with butter and sprinkle with additional cinnamon. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. I usually double the recipe and place it in a 9 x 13 pan or a 3-quart casserole dish. You need to allow 15-20 minutes more cooking time for the larger amount. I usually dont use the butter on top.
