Notes: <why does the device require RMA, what troubleshooting have you done, explanation of logs> Customer is trying to access the device via management interface but he was unsuccessful to do so then he tried to connect via console but he is getting an Error (Reboot and select proper boot device. Insert boot media into selected boot device and press any key). I fallowed up this link https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/docs/DOC-2050 but couldnt fix this issue. As per customer right now the device is not in the production network & priority is medium but he said on Tuesday (02-04-2013) it will become critical. Logs: Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key.
