I'm writing you because I have a bunch of ideas for our bookshop. First, I think it would be nice to sell books of different categories such as romantic novels, mystery literature, poetry, science fiction; because it makes the shop more varied and interesting. Second, I had been searching places where our costumers will be able to eat or take a cup of coffe, because is very catching to our business. So, I found the perfect place, at the corner of First Avenue with Mackenzie street. There are two main advantages for this place: there is no library at that neighborhood and the campus of our University is pretty close, so the students will be able to buy the texts they need right there.
