Content Expectations that pertain to a particular lesson. Objective This section provides a statement that outlines what the students should know or walk away with from a particular lesson. Materials All materials that are needed for the lesson and all materials that need to be prepared beforehand will be listed here. Accommodations Any adaptations to the lesson that need to be made will be listed or commented on here. It will also specify whether the adaptation(s) will be made for the entire class or only for a few students. Teaching This section outlines what will be taught. What is taught should be represented in the best possible way for the students to achieve the lessons objective and in a way that is best for the different needs within the classroom. Assessment This section lists any summative or formative assessments that will be carried out or collected from the students after the lesson. The assessments given should assess what the students have learned and should provide information on what also may need to be re-taught. Reflection This section will reflect on what the students have learned. It will also reflect on what the teacher could have done differently and/or on what the teacher did well. This section will also identify what students need more assistance on the particular topic being taught.
