Steve is a pediatrician/neonatologist who has served as a senior technical advisor for newborn health at Save the Children since 2003. In this role, he provides technical and strategic leadership in newborn health globally, particularly in generating evidence of interventions and translating this knowledge into policies and effective implementation at scale. He holds an MD SM and an MSW.
