Assessment Plan (LO 2.

3) (APS 3) Overview: The main point that I wanted to get form my assessments was for the students to be able to correctly make a prediction and then correctly conduct the experiment and then be able to tell if their prediction was correct or not and explain why. I think my assessment to figure out if the students were able to do this was pretty accurate. Lesson Objectives Assessments Format and Formative Assessment By the end of the lesson students will make a prediction about which egg they think will spin the best and explain why. Pre-assessment During Post-assessment Pre: The students being able correctly make a prediction. During: The students participation in the activity. Post: The students being able to explain why the boiled egg spins better than the raw egg. They will be given clear and precise instructions of expectations. The microphone will be used during instruction for hearing impairment. Accommodations

Student Progress: There was progress with my students according to the assessments that I used for them. The first assessment was for the students to be able to make a prediction and all of the students had no problem coming up and making that prediction. Then for the actual activity all of the students were actively participating and was engaged in the activity. Then when it came time all of the students were able to tell me which egg spun the best. And then after explaining to them why they were all able to recall later why it spun the best. So there was progress made by the students for this lesson.
