To Whom It May Concern, It is my pleasure to write a letter of recommendation for Kelly Coleman. I met Kelly during my tenure as Assistant Principal at Hadley Junior High in Glen Ellyn District 41. As her administrator, I found Kelly to be an incredibly hard worker and an expert in her field. Her students were always the center of her focus, and she spent many hours designing lessons that would meet their needs. Students learned to love literature under her tutelage, and developed their writing skills because of her love for language. I watched as Kelly worked to be Board Certified. She never settled for good enough during the process. Her goal was always excellence and it was no surprise when she successfully completed the certification. She is pursuing her next goal with that same determination. Being a library media specialist is a perfect fit for a teacher who loves literature, is passionate about student growth, and has a talent for connecting learning through written language. I am looking forward to watching this next phase of Kellys career. Teachers at any level would be lucky to have a resource like Kelly Coleman as part of their staff.
