Upon hearing the parties the following directions are hereby given and it is ordered: 1. That there be pleadings in this arbitration as follows: Points of Claim to be delivered in days from this date. Points of Defence (and Counter Claim if any) to be delivered within days from the delivery of the points of Claim. Points of Reply (and defence to counterclaim if any) to be delivered within days from the delivery of the points of defence (and counter claim if any). 2. That after the close of pleadings the claimant and respondent do respectively within days deliver to the other a list of documents which are or have been in their possession or power relating to the matters in question in this arbitration and that inspection be given within days thereafter. 3. That figures be agreed as figures and that correspondence, plans, photographs are agreed as such as far as possible. 4. That experts are limited to and that their reports are exchanged within days from the close of pleadings. 5. That of any communication is made to me by either party then, if written, a copy is simultaneously to be sent to the other party or, if oral, a note thereof is to be sent at once to other party. 6. That the costs of this application and order be the costs in the arbitration 7. That there shall be liberty to either party to apply.
