Iowa Brownies cup butter or margarine (1 stick) 1 cup sugar 1 can Hersheys chocolate syrup (16 oz) 4 eggs

s 1 cup all purpose flour, unsifted 1 cup nuts, chopped Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy. Beat in syrup and eggs, one at a time. Add flour gradually and fold in nuts. Pour into greased 15x10 inch jelly roll pan. Bake in preheated oven 350 for 25 minutes. Cool Chocolate bit frosting cup butter or margarine 1 cups sugar 1/3 cup evaporated milk, not condensed cup chocolate bits In a saucepan combine butter sugar and milk (Melt butter w milk first.). Bring to a boil for 1 minute. Stir in chocolate; heat and stir until melted. Frost brownies quickly with a wet knife. Trim with nut halves placing them on with bits of frosting. Score into bars
