The Jacob Center received a tremendous amount of support this past holiday season making this years gift drive our most successful ever! The generosity of our donors allowed us to provide gifts to 147 youth! Extended Coaching

The Jacob Center now has an Extended Coaching service option available that allows us to offer coaching services to a wider range of families in the community. Extended Coaching Services are designed to support families who are at risk of involvement with Department of Human Services due to family circumstances which could lead to abuse and neglect, if not addressed. Our goal is to provide individualized, short term, goal focused services that will help families stay intact and independent. Some examples of assistance we provide include; parenting help, crisis support planning, social activities for youth, job seeking, substance abuse recovery support, community resource connection and navigation, and item acquisition. Eligibility requirements include; completion of Colorado Risk Assessment, must have a children under the age of 18 residing in the home, and
