Ingredients: Rice (1/2 cup) Chana dal (1/2 cup) Udit split (1/2 cup) Mug split (1/2

cup) Muster (1 spoon) turmeric root (small piece) Hing -also known as asafetida (little bit) Recipes: 1. Wash with water rice and all the lenthil, and let them dry. Don't mix them. 2. Roast the above ingredients separately. 3. Also roast the turmeric root in little bit of oil. 4. Mix rosted rice, lenthils, turmeric root, muster and Hing, and grind finely. And you will have delicious metkut.
