Based on the feedback received from the participants participatory lectures were most preferred.
The type of the research used in this study is explanatory as secondary data has been collected and used to analyze different aspects of the organization. Secondary data has been collected from different sources like, Annual Report of the company, Books, magazine and journals and different web sites. There is no sampling plan as such and MS Excel has been used for the analysis and interpretations of the data.

The purpose of my Research is to discover answers to questions through the application of scientific procedures. The main aim of my research is to find out the truth which is hidden and which has not been discovered yet. This application of research has desired me to face the challenge in solving the unsolved problems. It also gave me intellectual joy of doing some creative work.

The research was conducted to have a detailed study on the financial activities of the company and to understand the policies adopted by the organisation. A number of methods or devices are used to study the relationship between different statements. But here the actual analysis has been done by using only two methods such as: Comparative statement analysis Ratio analysis

SUMMARY :
All progress is born of inquiry. Doubt is often better than overconfidence. So, Research inculcates scientific & inductive thinking and it promotes the development of logical habits of thinking and Organisation.
