Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients: -2 + 1/4 cups of all-purpose flour -1 teaspoon of baking soda -1 teaspoon of salt -1 cup of butter (softened) -3/4 cup of granulated sugar -3/4 cup light brown sugar (firmly packed) -1 teaspoon of vanilla -2 eggs -2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips

Pre-heat oven to 3250F. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl. In a separate bowl, using an electric mixer, combine butter, brown sugar and granulate sugar until light and fluffy. Add vanilla to the sugar mixture. Beat in eggs one at a time to the sugar mixture. Blend in the flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets, about 5 cms apart. Bake 8-10 minutes, until golden. Cool on cookie sheet for about 1 minute, than transfer to racks. Let cool and ENJOY!
