To Whom It May Concern,

4-15-13

I had the pleasure of having Ms. Jordan Sarder as a MSU senior during the 2010-2011 school year in my third grade classroom. Ms. Sarder took on many teaching responsibilities and taught several lessons in all subject areas throughout the year. Ms. Sarder put together several well designed lessons around the GLCEs to effectively teach students. She learned a lot about classroom management and meeting the needs of every student. Ms. Sarder came a long way with her delivery in instruction and I believe she has what it takes to become an effective teacher. Ms. Sarder is very compassionate and responsible; two important qualities to have as an educator. Her love for learning and teaching shows through her interactions with students. She is also very respectful to students and in turn, they give her the respect she deserves as a teacher. She is an excellent role model to students and has great mentoring capabilities. Ms. Sarder worked with a diverse group of students with many different needs. Ms. Sarder never hesitated to take control with students in a whole group setting, small group setting, or individually. Ms. Sarder spent many hours working one-on-one with students, taking the time to help them with their individual needs. I highly recommend Ms. Sarder for any teaching position. She will be an outstanding asset to any district. Please do not hesitate to contact me with further questions.

Thank you for your time,
