Hyperlink an online video in a 2007 PowerPoint slideshow:

 Find an online video

 Select and copy (right-click and choose copy or [Ctrl] + [C]) the URL

Option 1: On the PowerPoint slide you want the hyperlink for the video to appear, type
some text and select it (for a text hyperlink).
 On the Insert tab, click hyperlink.

 In the Insert Hyperlink box, click on Existing File or Web Page. In the Address
box, paste [Ctrl] + [V] the video URL. Click OK.

 In slideshow mode, when the hyperlink is clicked, the computer will go online to
the URL of the video.
Option 2: On the Insert tab, click Shapes, and click on the movie action button (for an
action button hyperlink).

 Draw a box by dragging the mouse.

 When the mouse is released, a dialog box will appear.
 In the Action Settings box, choose Hyperlink to:
 Use the down arrow to choose URL...
 In the Hyperlink to URL box, paste [Ctrl] + [V] the video URL and click OK.

 In slideshow mode, when the action button is clicked, the computer will go online
to the URL of the video.
