    with the Natural World through your heart and body.

    Based on the work of Joanna Macy, feminist Buddhist ecologist, and


    John Seed, environmental activist.
    Led by Kaia Svien, MS, mindfulness meditation instructor,
    facilitator of Macy’s “Work That Reconnects,” spiritual mentor, author.

    Location: ARC Retreat Center, 10 Minutes North of Cambridge


    Cost: $125 Includes Lodging, Tuition, Friday Evening Tea &
    Three Saturday Meals
    (Adults and adolescents 16+ welcome. Some scholarship funds available.)
