Project Guidelines The requirement for project is similar for all specializations: These guidelines are applicable to students

of following course / semester BSC IT Sem 3 (Mini Project), BSC IT Sem 6 MCA Sem 6, MSCIT Sem 4, MSCTT Sem 4 MBA Sem 4, PGD in MBA Specializations Sem 2

1. Should be a live project (for an organization) 2. Should be prepared under the guidance of a company guide, assigned by the organization for which the project is made 3. Should be in the area of your specialization 4. Should not be explanation of a concept 5. Should include all relevant data sources (e.g., if your project involves questionnaires, all questionnaire forms and their data analysis to be included) 6. Should include all programs, database definitions, screen captures, report layouts, as relevant in print as well as soft copies 7. If project work involves creating programs (IT), print out of complete code to be included in the project report. The code should be only in Courier New font. 8. Supporting CD should be labeled neatly with Enrollment Number, Name, Course, Semester, Specialization (if relevant), and provided in separate CD cover; not to be stuck or pasted in the Project Report. 9. Should be hard bound and submitted to Learning Centre before last date. 10. Project report should be in Times New Roman font, Size 12, 1.5 Line spacing, 1 margin on all sides. 11. Project submission acknowledgement copy should be carried for Viva-Voce 12. Kindly prepare second copy of the same as student copy which will be stamped and signed during the VIVA and returned to student.
