FEATURES
Application The SLP Series is a self-luminous exit sign which offers continuous illumination with no electrical power required. The exit sign is totally self-contained and offers single or double-face operation with universal chevrons. The SLP Series is ideal for damp, wet and extreme temperature applications. Construction Single and double face models are available with a flame retardant, UV stabilized, injection molded ABS thermoplastic frame. Installation The SLP exit can be wall or ceiling mounted by use of a universal mounting plate which is included. The exit can also be pendant mounted by use of a pendant mount accessory which must be ordered separately. Illumination The exit face is illuminated by tritium gas (a natural isotope of hydrogen) which is sealed inside phosphor lined glass tubes. The SLP series has a 10 or 20 year effective service life. Letters are 6" high, 3/4" stroke, standard exit sign. Maximum distance for legibility is 100 feet. Compliances UL Listed to UL 924 Standard NFPA 101 Life Safety Code Warranty The SLP series is warranted for the full rated service life of the product which is 10 or 20 years depending on the model selected.
