April 2010 Dear Sirs/Madams, The management is pleased to announce the incentive plan for the year March 2009April-2010 on the business done as fresh & Ist Year under the plans. The CSCs has been divided into five Grades depending on the performance. For all CSCs a fixed Grade as per fresh & Ist Year Business under the plans has been mentioned .Grade of CSC will be accounted for a fixed incentive amount for each employee of CSC as per their respective rank. Grade of CSC will decide as per following criterion.
