Het verschil tussen present simple and present continuous.

Present simple: You use it when you talk about habits and facts. Example: I walk to school every morning. You use the whole verbs without to. Example: To walk walk To dance dance

Present Continuous: You use it when you talk about something happening right now. Example: I am baking a cake now You make the present continuous by using the right form of to be + the verb +ing. If a verb ends with an e you dont write the e. Example: You are playing soccer. She is dancing in the rain.

Fill in the blanks. With every sentence decide if it is present simple, of present continuous. Look for words that help you. This is Mrs White. She (be) a primary school teacher. She (teach) English, Maths and Geography. At the moment, she (teach) Maths. She (live) in London and (be) married to Georges, who is French. They (have) three children. They all (love) animals, but they (not have) any pets because they (live) in an apartment. Mrs White (speak) French as well as English, but she (not teach) it.
