Bearing in mind the 5Cs principles of effective communication, complete the following parts of the proposal to the General Manager, suggesting for the organization to sponsor a reality show on TV. You are advised to include your own additional information whenever necessary.

Our business can make a profit using sponsors with the right procedures and good planning. Sponsoring this reality TV show may expand our business and professional network. This can generate positive press for our company. The cost for this sponsorship is reasonable where we spend less than RM4000 for this reality show and this will expose our product to the public.

The data used to create this proposal came from our Sales Department, report from Marketing Department and survey conducted to the customers.

Although, the Forever Delicious products are increasingly becoming popular in the local market, as a new company we are not really exposing to the public. So, we need to double our effort to make our product known.

In order to make our product known, we need to spread about our company which has quality product. One of the plans is Sponsoring a reality show in TV. We suggest that to sponsoring the lattes reality show titled SOLEHAH which is shows every Thursday on TV 9.

Objective

The purpose of this proposal is to spread the word about our company product as well as to consolidate the position of our business where it can build loyalty among our existing customers and introduce our name to whole new customers.

Assessment of cost
