Educational Model of the Monterrey Institute of Technology University System (ITESM) By: Georgina Villanueva Espinosa
Goal To present the visitors of high schools and foreign universities the basis of the educational model of ITESM so that they know the most significant aspects. Background information ITESM-CCM continuously has visiting professors, doctors, investigators, and directors of high schools and foreign Universities with the purpose of promoting the academic interchange. The Innovation Center for Education is a departament has the responsibility for shows at this people the model. The principal characteristics them are: Diversity of cultures differents ideas on the education economics and social conditions different from Mexico interest to know that do in the ITESM

Teaching objectives To present the antecendents of the educational model of ITESM To explain the fundamentals elements that they integrate the model and their main characteristics To comment on some of the results of the implementation of the educational model of ITESM

Learning objectives Participants will identify the philosopy of the educational model of ITESM and find the correspondence and differences with their institutions.
